Josef Schwarz school
A forward-looking school campus combining innovative architecture, education, and functionality.
The Josef-Schwarz-School is one of the most modern educational institutions in Germany and pursues an international educational vision. Between 2021 and 2024, Germany’s largest new school campus was developed with the support of the Dieter Schwarz Stiftung. With a primary school, a comprehensive school, and an upper secondary level, the campus provides space for up to 1,200 students. Designed by Behnisch Architects, the building combines contemporary architecture with a forward-looking educational concept, creating a space for learning, interaction, and development.
For the sports hall, we additionally supplied impact-resistant luminaires specifically designed for use in sports facilities. These luminaires are engineered to withstand high mechanical stress and meet the required standards for impact resistance and operational safety during intensive sporting activities. At the same time, they provide uniform and high-performance illumination of the playing areas, ensuring optimal visibility for training, competitions, and school sports. Their robust construction and long service life make them a reliable solution for heavily used sports environments.
