On August 12, Mayor Jürgen Kendlinger invited guests in Schwendt to the official groundbreaking ceremony for the new kindergarten and daycare center. The architectural competition was won by ARGE Heinlein Zierl ZT GmbH from Innsbruck. The two-storey building will be constructed using energy-efficient methods and will offer five group rooms for around 80 children, each with direct access to balcony and garden areas. With completion planned for July 2025, a modern, child-friendly childcare facility will be created, featuring bright, pleasantly lit rooms where children can feel completely at ease.
